As a personal chef, I will come into your home and use your kitchen to prepare deliciously healthy meals that you can store in your freezer and warm up later. I will consult with you first to discuss your dietary needs and then create a personalized menu just for you.

I can prepare a wide range of meals and baked goods specially for you. I specialize in high-fat low-carb foods that follow a ketogenic diet plan. Learn more about the ketogenic diet. I also specialize in gluten-free baking from scratch, using high-quality organic ingredients.
I do! I purchase ingredients from local sources, emphasizing only healthy REAL food. I shop the farmer’s markets in the Austin area to be sure I am only using the finest foods Austin has to offer. Most of my fats and oils (including coconut oil) are sourced from Tropical Traditions.
